I’m Mike Fleiner, and if I’m honest, I’m just a man trying to steward the gifts I’ve been given as well as I possibly can. My days are mostly defined by the roles that matter most to me: being a husband and a father. When I’m not with my family, I’m usually behind a microphone or a keyboard, obsessed with one question: How can we actually flourish? As a follower of Christ, I don’t believe any of the success I’ve found belongs to me. I believe it’s a tool meant to be shared. My mission is simple, though it isn’t always easy: to reduce suffering where I find it and to offer the kind of world-class encouragement that actually moves the needle in someone's life. I’m a content creator and a podcast host, but more than that, I’m someone who wants to leave this world better than I found it.
