He is a leadership expert and management consultant, having spent more than twenty-five years on the vanguard of leading individual, strategic, and organizational change as an author, speaker, senior consultant to FranklinCovey—where he taught at the Executive Leadership Summit with Dr. Stephen Covey and Dr. Ram Charan—and is currently program director and lead faculty for the Department of Defense's Vanguard leadership week in Washington, DC for senior U.S. military and civilian executives from Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, NASA, NATO, DIA, DLA, DOJ, OPM, VA, and other government agencies. Michael is an executive coaching and management consultant to corporations including: Marriott, Hilton, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Eli Lilly, Nike, ExxonMobil, Xerox, John Deere, Petronas, HSBC Bank Malaysia, OCBC Bank Singapore, Hewlett Packard, and TE Connectivity to name a few.
