Micah Kafka is the author of The Adventures of Henry Pets, a cozy whodunit mystery series set in the fictional Verlorland Islands. The series follows two brothers, amateur sleuth Henry Pets and his brother Jackson, who love each other and understand each other not at all. The books are humorous, heartfelt, and genre-aware. Every mystery is fair-play, so readers learn every clue at the same moment Henry and Jaxon do. The islands' quirky laws embrace classic detective tropes, letting civilians investigate like police detectives and giving "last minute dramatics" an official place in the courtroom.
