Maxwell D. Toliver was born in 1959 in Staten Island, New York. Became a Christian at the age of 9 years old. As a young adult I went to college at Audrey Cohen College for Human Services. I have a few certifications but the one I currently use is Certified Behavioral Therapist. I have been listed in Marquis Who's Who in America, and Who's Who in The World. My current status: I am first a Christian. My relationship with my wife and children come only after my relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. After these comes my relationship with those whom I serve in business. "Mastering You, leads you to Understanding, Developing and Using the Master in You" I teach the "Process of Manifestation" as a vehicle that will allow people to master their inner self, through my book series called, "Mastering You". The process of manifestation focuses on honoring God and changing our thinking to gain success. I teach everyone how to overcome life's obstacles which clears a path to getting the things you want.
