Matthew is an emerging author in the post-apocalyptic genre. Matthew's first work, Zero Sum, is the first book in the Civil Strife Series. Matthew is a doctor of physical therapy by trade but also has a passion for writing that has been developed at the encouragement of many. For years, Matthew has observed economic, societal, and political trends that are contained within his books, novels which present possible scenarios in which things can go very wrong both globally and domestically. He also has talked about these topics at length on his YouTube channel and podcast, Silver Fortune. In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, running while listening to audiobooks and podcasts, gardening, and serving within his local church
