Matt Heard and his wife, Arlene, are the privileged parents of three adult sons and one amazing daughter-in-law, and they divide their time between Colorado Springs and Orlando. A speaker, writer, and consultant, he was the senior pastor of Woodmen Valley Chapel for twelve years and is currently the Lead Pastor of Northland Church in Orlando, Florida and Founder/Principal of THRIVE.
