Massimiliano Acerra was born in Montecatini Terme, Italy. After many years in activity as a pure state employee, he began to undertake personal studies on the possibility of reaching early retirement independently, ahead of time, without waiting for the state system and without insurance or banking packages. He has assisted thousands of employees in the realization of a "second job" to regularize it without conflicts of interest saving expenses and taxes. Every employee who has assisted has made his own contribution to personal evolution.
