Mark Zides is a seasoned executive, founder, and leadership advisor with more than 35 years of experience helping global organizations rethink how work gets done at the intersection of leadership, strategy, talent, and AI. He is the bestselling author of The #PACE Process for Early Career Success, which continues to help a generation of Millennials and Gen Z professionals build clarity and momentum early in their careers.
