I have always been fascinated by cars and mechanical problems, as well as land speed record cars and drag racing. I started building cars at 15, and have been working with Australian land speed record holder, Rosco McGlashan, for 16 years on Aussie Invader 5R, which has been built to smash the world land speed record and reach 1,600 km/h (1,000 mph).
