Marina Alex is an AI and modern management expert, CEO and co-founder of AIMM Alliance, and the creator of the SWAY System.

She wrote this book after seeing the same pattern in company after company. The problem was almost never the people or the tools. It was the system they were working inside. SWAY was her answer: a way to run a business that starts with how the work is organized, not what software is running it.

Fourteen years and 35 industries later, across 20 countries, the pattern has not changed. It has only become more expensive. AI multiplies whatever it lands on. Put it on a slow, siloed company and the dysfunction just gets faster.

That is the work she does now. Through AIMM Alliance she helps owners of 20 to 400 person companies redesign how their businesses actually run in the Human + AI era, delivering AI education, AI consulting, and AI implementation. Technology is the fourth of SWAY's five pillars, not the first, and the order is the argument.

She works from Knoxville, Tennessee, with clients nationwide.
