Malti Bhojwani is an author and transformation facilitator who believes in fresh starts. Her work lives inside one simple idea: The Return. Not the perfect kind. The human kind. The moment you come back after a mistake, an overreaction, a spiral of overthinking, or a season of trying too hard. The Return can be as small as one breath, one pause, one honest choice to begin again. Malti’s books explore self-awareness, the nervous system, and the lived experience of worthiness, worthiness not as something to earn, but something to remember. Over the years she has supported leaders and teams through change across Asia, Europe, and Australia, and her voice has found its way into both boardrooms and everyday lives because she keeps the path simple and human. Her meditation practice spans more than fifteen years and is shaped by a blend of neuroscience, somatic awareness, and contemplative traditions. She trained in Transcendental Meditation and The Dynamic Mind Practice through Gita Bellin & Associates in the UK, and her approach is grounded in self-sufficiency: you can practise on your own, anywhere, with nothing. Thoughts are normal. Noticing is The Return. Malti has been an expert contributor to publications including the The Times of India, and she works at times alongside global consulting partners such as McKinsey & Company and Aberkyn yet her deepest commitment remains ordinary transformation: the kind that happens in kitchens, taxis, meetings, and hard conversations. Her latest book, Unwired, is a companion for anyone who has ever felt they “can’t meditate” because the mind won’t settle. Thinking is normal. Noticing is The Return. The Return is the practice. Born in Singapore, Malti has lived in Indonesia, Australia, and India, and now lives in Singapore with her husband. She has a daughter, also an author in Australia.
