Madelyn Blair is an author, business owner, and executive advisor with decades of experience unlocking and building capacities in individuals and work teams. She lives in Jefferson, Maryland. Her book Essays in Two Voices is a book describing a process used on four continents, helping people explore a question together without losing anyone's voice. She publishes a weekly electronic postcard called Resilience Brilliance available on her website. She also writes blogs for Psychology Today on Resilient Leadership. Dr. Blair received her doctorate in organizational psychology from the University of Tilburg, The Netherlands.
