Working for over 20 years with people with disabilities and those experiencing homelessness taught Lynda Drake valuable lessons about life, love, and what really matters. These experiences showed her the strength and resilience we all have inside us and the importance of loving ourselves, accepting our imperfections, and knowing our worth. As she started to apply these lessons in her life, she let go of the unrealistic expectations and learned to embrace her flaws and value herself, not despite her struggles but because of them. This journey wasn't easy, but it was life-changing. She loves to share what she learned with others to show them how to live with more love, less stress and a healthier perspective on life.
