Luke Girgis is an Australian operator, investor and founder based in Sydney.

He founded and ran The Brag Media, publisher of the Australian editions of Rolling Stone and Variety, before its sale to a public company in 2024. Before media, Luke spent more than a decade in artist management and the record industry.

He later led gourmet e-commerce business Providoor through a two-year turnaround from loss-making to breakeven. Luke also runs artist management company Be Like Children, representing Simone Giertz and Anderson Burrus, and publishes The Black Hoody for music and comedy executives, managers and agents. He co-owns an early learning centre in Sydney and invests in early-stage technology companies.

Luke founded Operationalise AI, where his team helps executives rebuild their business operating models around AI workflows. This is his first book.
