Lorrie LeAnn McAdoo is an author, blogger, independent beauty consultant, and motivational conversationalist. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where her passion for advocacy sparked. Her passion is to help others become the best version of themselves, starting with their internal being and extending to their external glow. She uses her life experiences of child abuse, domestic violence, foster care, homelessness, and hunger to add a face to these human consequences, hoping to remove the social stigmas associated with them. Lorrie unwinds with word games and memory trivia. She enjoys strolls around arts and crafts festivals, parks, beaches, and museums. She also enjoys theater, historical reenactments, and live music.
