After winning the Waterstones 'Picture This' competition back in 2011, Loretta has illustrated lots of picture books and children's fiction titles including the recent 'Fairytales for the Fearless' series written by Gareth P. Jones (Rabunzel, CinderGorilla and Snowy White) and the popular 'Luma and the Dragon' series by Leah Mohammed. her debut as both writer and illustrator, 'The Legend of Ghastly Jack Crowheart' will hit the shelves in October 2023... just in time for Halloween. Loretta lives in York. School visits and events! Loretta offers lively and engaging art sessions, readings, talks and demonstrations for children of all ages, and hopes to encourage a love of reading, writing and drawing.
