Lizbeth Meredith is an author, professional speaker and podcaster, a survivor interviewer for a popular true crime channel, and coach who helps others build resilience by taming trauma and navigating unexpected change. Her memoir, Pieces of Me: Rescuing My Kidnapped Daughters is now a Lifetime Television movie called Stolen By Their Father. In the past, Lizbeth has worked as a domestic violence advocate and a child abuse investigator, and recently retired from government service after twenty years of supervising juvenile probationers. She holds a degree in journalism and a graduate degree in psychology. Lizbeth's work has been featured in Chicken Soup for the Soul, Jane Friedman's blog, and Alaska Magazine.
