Liz Williams is an author, human resources professional, and mother who writes about faith, trauma recovery, and discovering your identity in Christ. After years of navigating the effects of childhood abuse, Liz was diagnosed with Complex PTSD in adulthood—a turning point that led her to therapy, deep spiritual healing, and ultimately, to writing. Her memoirs explore how faith and clinical treatment can work together to break generational patterns and reclaim your life. Her debut memoir, Fearfully and Wonderfully Made, follows her journey of uncovering a buried abusive past and discovering her identity in Christ. With raw honesty, she shares the transformative power of faith in healing deep wounds. Her second book, Trampling the Snake, chronicles her path through Complex PTSD diagnosis and recovery from a Christian perspective. The book shows that healing is not just about survival—it's about learning to truly live again, set boundaries, love yourself, and find purpose in pain. Her work has been recognized as a finalist for the Inspirational Authors Recognition Award. Liz lives in Simpsonville, SC with her husband, two children, and her Mini Bernedoodle, Rex. She shares her ongoing journey on YouTube and Instagram under the handle fearfullyandwonderfullyliz.
