Lisa Zevi is a British operational business coach based in Dubai. She has been building productive teams, driving change and helping people get organised for twenty-five years. She has extensive experience of hiring, managing and retaining great people and now works with business owners of fast-growing small businesses, helping them free up their time, scale their operations, get out of the day-to-day and build strong, inclusive teams. Lisa is passionate about empowering women and helping them achieve greater confidence and self-awareness. She believes that each of us deserves to love what we do. Lisa is a qualified Life Coach, certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Contribution Compass (psychometric profiling tool) partner. She is a TEDx speaker and author of the Amazon Number 1 bestselling book 'The REAL Entrepreneur: How to simplify, grow and enjoy your business' published in 2019. Her second book ‘The Business of Freedom: How to escape employment and build a business that works for you’ was published in 2022. Career: Lisa started her career at Xerox, working as a field salesperson before becoming a project manager in the global Bids & Tenders team. She spent two years in Xerox India implementing their channel strategy, before training as a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt and working across Eastern Europe and the Middle East deploying and embedding the LSS methodology. Lisa moved into investment banking in 2010, holding several senior positions in Risk Management. She ran multiple cross-functional global transformation programmes managing senior stakeholders including board members. She started her coaching business in 2017 and has focused on working with founders/CEOs and their senior teams. She has delivered training for several business accelerator programmes including the Royal Academy of Engineering’s SME Leaders and the Advanced Propulsion Centre’s TDAP Programme.
