Lisa Porto is the founder of Empowered Online and a business coach who truly understands what it means to build a business when your energy isn't unlimited. Lisa's entrepreneurial journey began in the most unexpected way - recovering from a snowboarding accident, with a broken wrist, metal plate, and a laptop. Already navigating life with ME/CFS following a diagnosis in 2017, Lisa made a pivotal decision during those weeks of recovery: she left her career in education and started freelancing. That decision became Empowered Online, a business born from necessity and fuelled by determination. Living in Hertfordshire with her partner Chris and their three cats - Freddie, Kiki, and Leo - Lisa has built a thriving coaching, agency, and academy business that proves chronic health conditions don't limit your potential; they refine it. As a certified and accredited IAPC&M coach with additional training in energy clearing and EFT, Lisa developed the REST framework specifically for entrepreneurs who need flexibility and sustainability in their business models.
