I am a Patriot right down to the DNA in my bones. On June 19th, 1771, my "very great" Grandfather, (as we say to avoid the redundancy of so many "greats"), Captain Robert Messer, chose to be hung, rather than swear loyalty to the British Crown. He was one of 12 "REGULATORS" condemned to death at Hillsboro, N.C., and was one of 6 executed by the British Governor, James Pugh. It was declared, "Our blood will be as good seed in good ground, that will soon produce one-hundred fold." (The Regulators were so called because they were adamant that men should be able to "regulate" their own affairs, and not be "subjects" of any tyrant or overlord.) My love for my country is only surpassed by my love & dedication to Christ and, of course, to my son, daughter, and grandson. My missions, adventures & perils have taken me to live in various parts of the world, including Japan, the Philippines, Central & South America, and the West Indies. Each time I have returned to my native East Tennessee, though, I find that I love it all the more. I studied at St. Edwards University in Austin, TX, The Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential in Philadelphia, PA, and hold a professional license in alternative health care. I took great joy in completing the RAIN School of Supernatural Ministry, more recently, as well as the TPUSA Biblical Citizenship in Modern America course, both of which, I would highly recommend to almost anyone. My life verses are from Luke 22:31-32 (TPT) "...Satan has obtained permission to come and sift you all like wheat and test your faith, but I have prayed for you that you would stay faithful to me no matter what comes. Remember this, that after you have turned back to me and have been restored, make it your life mission to strengthen the faith of your brothers." The meaning of the verses will be quite clear if you opt for reading "DECEPTION - The Bite of the Serpent". Favorite declaration? "The best is yet to come!"
