Lee Bryan is the founder and CEO of Arcus Compliance Ltd and the author of "The Compliance Edge" and "How safe is your vape", both Amazon best sellers. He began his career working on the chemical side of the luxury leather industry, based in Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. After returning to the UK in 2013, Lee joined a market-leading e-liquid manufacturer, where he led European operations across both white-label and own-brand products. Following this, he advised many of the world’s largest and fastest-growing consumer brands before founding Arcus Compliance Ltd in 2017. Since then, Lee has worked across a wide range of regulated consumer product sectors, helping founders and brand owners navigate regulation without slowing growth.
