Leanne Ford is an American interior designer admired for her modern yet lived-in aesthetic, signature “white on white” palette, and accessible design expertise. After a decade working in fashion, she first gained national attention in interior design when she restored and redesigned a turn-of-the-century schoolhouse in her hometown of Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Ford and her work are frequently featured in titles such as Architectural Digest, Domino, House Beautiful, and The New York Times. Television audiences recognize Ford from HGTV’s Restored by the Fords and Home Again with the Fords, the renovation series she co-hosted with her brother, Steve. Ford is equally known for her product collaborations with global brands including Crate & Barrel, Target, and Loloi Rugs. With the launch of her magazine Feel Free, Ford expanded her creative mission — inspiring readers everywhere to embrace the joy of creating. Her first design book, The Slow Down, invited readers inside her own Pennsylvania home and philosophy of easy living. Her newest book, Feel Free Home: The Ultimate Issue of Feel Free Magazine (May 12, 2026), builds on that ethos — a hands-on, workbook-style guide encouraging readers to create spaces rooted in texture, nature, vintage, art, and personality.
