When I’m not writing, you’ll find me curled up in a cosy library, stroking my cat like a true mastermind villain. I am a tea addict (not sorry). I love daydreaming about scandalous plots, or taking long walks to untangle tricky story twists (occasionally stopping to stare dramatically into the distance). I’ve always been drawn to the wit and intrigue of the Regency era, where slow-burn romance simmers beneath layers of social decorum, and a sharp-eyed spinster can solve a crime faster than the authorities. Give me a heroine too clever for her own good, a brooding gentleman with too many secrets, and a mystery tangled up in romance, and I’m in my happy place. I firmly believe that every great book is best enjoyed with tea, a cosy reading spot, and a cat nearby.
