Laci Post is the writer of The War Song Series. The series spans the momentous timeframe from World War II through the Korean War on the American home front. Women’s aid groups, bomb drills, rationing, children born to absent fathers, women entering the workforce, post-war acclimatization, and much more – it was time of great social change. The series is full of family, faith, struggle, survival, and strong women, set to a backdrop of the remarkable music, radio, and television of the time.

Laci lives in Georgia with her husband, two sons, and dog, Bucky. When she is not reading and writing about history, she loves hiking, traveling, and teaching group fitness.
