Lacey was born and raised on the south shore of Nova Scotia, Canada. She has lived and worked from one end of the country to the other, including north of 60. She likes her mysteries how she likes her sweaters—cozy and hard to unravel! When she's not writing, she enjoys knitting/crocheting, listening to true crime podcasts, and attempting baking projects far beyond her current skills. She currently resides in Alberta, Canada with her husband and many skeins of yarn.
