Kimberley is an award-winning poet, author, mentor, and speaker on death & loss as well as changing the world through philanthropy. During 25+ years as a charitable and end-of-life planning advisor, Kimberley’s worked with incredibly diverse people looking for meaning after the loss of a beloved person or animal companion. Today, as a grief & life transitions coach, she helps people rebuild their life through loss and live forward with a sense of renewed optimism, inner joy, and possibility. Her dance with loss began as a toddler, surviving a house fire that took her two sisters, followed by a series of deaths that inevitably come with living on the planet awhile and being a caregiver for her husband living with serious illness. A lover of all things wild or winged, she brings empathy and lightheartedness to her writing and work with clients. She lives with her husband and two cats along Northern California's redwood coast.
