Dr. Ken Knight is a mental health counselor, meditation coach, fitness trainer, decorated US Army veteran with service in Iraq, Muay Thai kickboxer, novice jiu jitsu practitioner, recovery diver, survivalist, martial arts researcher, and now, a novelist. Ken obtained his PhD in counseling with research surrounding comparisons between anxiety and the practice of martial arts. With travel experience across four continents, and whether practicing ballroom or Latin dance, SCUBA diving with sharks, leaping from airplanes, experimenting with Ayahuasca while staying with an Ecuadorian tribe, volunteering as a private military operator in Ukraine, or struggling to hold onto the reins of a galloping horse, Ken is a lover of adventure and collector of experiences.
