Since 1988, Kendra has been a trail blazer in the real estate industry. Her career started as a receptionist in one of the largest local brokerages in Nashville, TN and continues today as she consults and speaks to real estate agents around the country, on how to build a profitable business. From the front door of a real estate company to an owner of a boutique brokerage, she has filled every position along the way, which has provided her with a wealth of knowledge to pay it forward to other real estate professionals. Kendra has spent the past 17 years sharing her successes and failures with elite real estate professionals throughout the country as a coach for The Core Training. She is always willing to share how she was able to serve over 300 families in one year with a small team and did it working less than 40 hours per week. She is a master of managing the clock and creating and implementing systems and structure into a business to warrant the highest number of warm leads and referrals. She is a fairly new resident of Tampa, FL, and in her spare time enjoys a day at the beach, reading a book or working on the book she is writing and spending time with her husband, Greg. They are the proud parents of two children, Kory, age 25 who lives in Nashville, TN and Chloe McKenna, age 28 who is a US Marine reservist.
