I am a mother of two young boys, and a down south country girl, born and bred in North Carolina. I went to college at Elizabeth City State University(an HBCU) and received a degree in Business Management many years ago. I prefer not to say how long because it makes me seem even older. lol! I lost both of my parents to that terrible beast named cancer. My mom in December 2015 to colon cancer, and my dad in March 2021 to prostate cancer. May they both rest in peace together, as they were for the majority of their lives on earth. I have said many times over the years that I would write a book some day, but it always got pushed back. 2024 I took the leap and haven't stopped writing yet. My first book, "How I Fall for This Ugly Nicca?" will always be my pride and joy, because I never thought I would actually do it. But here I am! You all will see much more from me.
