Katie Oliva is an executive coach, healthcare leader, speaker, consultant, and founder of Lighthouse Leadership Solutions, where she helps high-achieving leaders lead with clarity, courage, and presence — without sacrificing themselves in the process. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare leadership, clinical operations, executive coaching, and organizational transformation, Katie has served in senior executive roles including Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and executive consultant. Her work has taken her from the bedside to the boardroom, coaching and advising executives, emerging leaders, physicians, nurses, and corporate teams across the United States and Canada. She specializes in executive presence, courageous communication, accountability, engagement, leadership identity, strategic influence, and sustainable performance.

Through her coaching work and her own lived experience balancing leadership, motherhood, entrepreneurship, marriage, and community commitments, Katie has seen how capability can become both a gift and a trap. Katie lives in Delray Beach, Florida, with her husband, children and toughest client to coach- her dog, Adora.
