Embracing her life in the Northeast, Kate has built new relationships, discovered new foods, learned to live in a high-rise building, and braved driving in Manhattan's rush hour. She is delighted that her Texas wardrobe works in the Big Apple and that her slightly Southern accent has helped start new conversations.
