Kate King is a multi-award-winning author, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), and Senior Psychological Advisor. She is the founder of The Radiant Life Project, an elite B2B advisory firm that translates two decades of clinical psychotherapy expertise into strategic, system-wide solutions for high-stakes teams, technology platforms, and media productions.

A deeply respected voice at the intersection of behavioral science and operational health, Kate’s literary work is published by premier institutional presses, including Johns Hopkins University Press and Rowman & Littlefield / Bloomsbury Publishing. Her books have been recognized with seven prestigious literary honors, including accolades from the International Book Awards and The Book Fest. These celebrated texts serve as the clinical bedrock for her consulting practice—ensuring that every advisory contract, executive retreat, and script audit is anchored in proven behavioral methodology.

Beyond her authorship, Kate operates globally from her base in Denver, Colorado as a highly confidential advisor to founders, C-suite executives, and HR leaders facing complex organizational challenges. Her specialized work extends deeply into the entertainment industry, where she serves as an on-set crisis interventionist, script consultant, and actor support partner for major media networks and podcast productions tackling narratives of trauma, toxic family dynamics, and clinical diagnoses.
Whether presenting on a global keynote stage, guiding an organizational transition, or advising a television writers' room, Kate’s mission is to defuse critical workplace tension, insulate workforces from burnout, and anchor the psychological safety required for high-stakes teams to move forward with deep-rooted stability.
