He has 15+ experience helping organisations with agile and digital transformations working on some of the most complex anywhere in the world. His work involves advising organisations on agile at scale, business agility, modern leadership approaches, and culture change. He has led enterprise transformations of over 1,000 people at many major companies including Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays UK, and global consulting firm McKinsey & Co. He is a serial entrepreneur and founding partner of Agile Centre, a global agile training and consulting firm, and the Business Agility Academy, the leading international business agility certification body. He also a served as a board member of the Scrum Alliance, the first, and largest, agile certification body in the world. Karim Holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics, a master's degree in innovation and entrepreneurship, and is a fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS).
