You won't gain a single pound reading one of them. Unless of course you eat ice cream while reading. But isn't that more the ice cream's fault as opposed to the novel? I mean, let's put blame where it belongs after all. By the way, K. C. Weston is an avid sailor. Like in sail boats, that is, boats with sails on them. You know, very author-like stuff. K. C. also enjoys riding a white steed with long golden lochs flowing out behind. You get the idea.
