Julie Salamon is the New York Times best selling author of 12 books, for adults and children. Her books include THE DEVIL"s CANDY, ranked among the top 50 Hollywood books of all times by the Los Angeles Times, the beloved Christmas classic THE CHRISTMAS TREE, illustrated by Jill Weber, and WENDY AND THE LOST BOYS, a biography of playwright Wendy Wasserstein. Salamon, former film and television critic for The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, is host of a weekly podcast series called AT LUNCH, sponsored by the American Jewish Historical Society. She is also board chair of BRC, a New York City non-profit that provides housing and social services for people who are homeless. Her new children's book, ONE MORE STORY, TATA--illustrated by Jill Weber--is being released in July, 2024.
