Julia Freeland is the founder of Revolve You, a company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations breakthrough to better faster by learning to harness human nature - getting it to work for them rather than against them. In 2016, she found herself getting fired from her dream job only six months after receiving the highest accolades of her career. Not understanding why, she spent the next four years and $250K to discover why and learned that she had been blindsided by a world that was changing faster than she understood. Knowing this was a fate many would face, she tapped into her engineering, education, and leadership experiences, as well as her own recovery journeys and cognitive and behavioral research to develop a simple framework to help others improve their ability to navigate disruption and transitions. Her approach to personal and professional development is unique. Julia believes that aligning learning, leadership, and organizational systems with human nature and building on human experience is the key to achieving breakthroughs in work and life. Through in person workshops, coaching, and virtual courses, Julia guides individuals and groups to breakthrough centuries old beliefs, embrace primal elements of their humanness and let go of life as they know it so they can bravely leap into the next chapter of their lives with incredible results. Leaning on her own “take you to your knees” life lessons, Julia’s writing, speaking, and work resonates on an emotional level, inviting individuals to question their perspective and open to possibilities.
