Julia Bobkoff is an award-winning writer whose work includes novels and memoirs, poetry, scripts for film and TV, and articles in print and online. She is also a professional violinist featured on various film projects. She holds a BA in English from the University of Rochester, studied music at Eastman, and directing at NYU's graduate film program. Her three children, now grown, inspired many of her projects, which she wrote to entertain them. She lives in coastal Connecticut and, thanks to her English professor father and British mother (both writers), she’s been crafting stories with a cup of tea since the age of five.
