Pastor Joshua Pastor and Jail Chaplain. After battling addiction and spiritual confusion, Pastor Joshua encountered God in a life-changing moment that ignited his faith and purpose. His mission is to reach the broken, the doubting, and the lost for Jesus. Pastor Joshua studied at Christ for the Nation in Dallas, TX. He was licensed as a minister in 2001. Starting as a Youth Pastor he faithfully ministered and worked at many ministries including Daystar and Benny Hinn Ministries. He went to Dallas Baptist University getting a bachelor’s degree in Christian ministries. He went to S.A.G.U. and got a master’s degree in theological studies. Pastor Joshua wrote the book, “Breaking the Devil’s Contract” in 2020 under the pin name Rev. Paul T. Cross, and it is in over 150 jails. Pastor Joshua founded Firepower Church in 2023. He began ministering as a Jail Chaplain in 2023. He published his second book, “Doubt Was Killing Me, Then Jesus Showed Up: My Story of Addiction, Religion, and a Real Encounter with God” in 2025.
