Joe Kwon is the Connection Counselor, leadership coach, keynote speaker, and host of the No More Illusions podcast. His mission is simple: to help people unlock the best version of themselves by seeing more clearly, connecting more deeply, and leading more effectively.

Drawing on a background in psychology, law, leadership development, and decades of corporate experience, Joe teaches practical frameworks that help professionals inspire confidence, build meaningful relationships, communicate with greater impact, and reach their full potential. His work centers on a simple belief: when we replace assumptions with understanding and habits with awareness, both people and organizations thrive.

Joe is the author of the Unlock Your Leadership series, including Unlock Your Executive Presence, Unlock Your Charisma, and Unlock Your Connection. Through his books, courses, podcast, and speaking engagements, he has helped thousands of professionals develop the interpersonal skills that matter most in today’s workplace.

Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a law degree from Georgetown University. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Heather, and their son, Lukas.

When he’s not writing or speaking, you’ll probably find him reading another leadership book, practicing Aikido, listening to EDM, searching for the perfect tiramisu, or planning his next trip to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
