Jonathan R. Storm is an unlikely open water swimmer. As an adult he went from a complete beginner, with no competitive swimming experience (and very little swimming experience overall), to an accomplished open water swimmer. He is the Race Director of the North Shore Swim Series & North Shore 5k/10k Endurance Swim, serves on the board of directors of the Waikiki Swim Club, and has completed countless open water swims, ranging in distance from a half-mile to 10.5-miles, including a success crossing of the 'Au'au Channel from Lanai to Maui. Mr. Storm lives and works in Honolulu, HI.
