He helps founders, owners, and executives build good things and realize ambitious visions. John has worked with companies and leaders in private equity, international politics, humanitarian investment, tech startups, trades, ministry, education, nonprofits, government agencies, and more. He is passionate about merging timeless wisdom with modern best practices. John's journey has helped him come to understand the fundamental principles, mental models, tools, mindsets, and practices that enable people and teams to unlock uncommon growth. He is passionate about sharing with others what he has learned on his journey to becoming a better husband, father, leader, and man. When not working, John can usually be found outside, mountain biking, wake surfing, building something with his boys, and exploring mountains with his wife and three kids.
