John Ryan is a consultant and author who was born and raised in Pasadena, California. He attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where he attained a degree in Psychology and a master’s in Human Resources Management. He still lives in Pasadena, enjoying the unique contrast that is offered by its urban charm and mountain backdrop. John’s working life has included corporate experience in recruitment, human resources management and peak performance achievement, but his real passion in life is for helping others to raise their game, become more confident and discover the success they deserve. During a study and meditation trip to Tibet, John penned three books, all designed to help people to get the most from life. Self-Esteem Workbook, Self-Confidence Workbook and Self-Discipline for Success provide the reader with exactly what it says in the titles and it is John’s hope that they will provide a platform for change and success for a great many who read them. In his spare time John likes to read books and socialize with his family and wide circle of friends. He practices mindfulness meditation to relax and takes ever opportunity he can to trek and walk in the area he loves that surrounds his home, as well as further afield.
