Joe Shalleck has spent over 20 years advising Fortune 500 chief executives and board-level management on the strategic, resource allocation and organizational changes needed to deliver superior shareholder returns. Joe co-founded Galt & Company, a global management advisory firm. The partners of Galt & Company have been associated with some of the more notable corporate success stories of the last two decades. Joe is a recognized authority on improving the shareholder value of large corporations. His recent book, Beliefs, Behaviors & Results, co-authored with Scott Gillis and Lee Mergy, discusses the management misconceptions that stand in the way of delivering above average shareholder returns and defines the five core principles that are behind the performance of some of the world's most successful companies. Joe holds a masters degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an industrial engineering degree from Lehigh University. Joe lives with his family in Connecticut and has offices in New York and Chicago.
