Jim Urban is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Uplift Counseling Center, where he specializes in working with couples, pastors, and men. With 17 years of clinical experience as a therapist, Jim brings a combination of psychological insight and deep Christian faith to his work. He has guided thousands of individuals and couples toward greater honesty, healing, and connection. Jim's approach is shaped by his own faith and his belief that God designed marriage to be a place of profound safety and growth. In addition to his counseling practice, Jim designs and leads workshops, retreats, and training programs for couples, church leaders, and faith-based organizations. Jim is married to his wife, Rebecca, and they have two sons that they are raising in Northeast Florida.
