Both are former longtime members of the Association for Corporate Growth, Concord Vine. Jim is a member of the New England Executive Resource Council (NEERC) and a former member of the Concord Chamber Music Society Board of Directors.

Jim was given the annual NEERC Professional Excellence Award in 2005 for his contributions to the retained search industry.
