Jill Aster writes dark romance and fantasy romance filled with forbidden magic, dangerous love, and emotionally intense, high-stakes worlds. Her stories deliver morally gray heroes, fierce heroines, fated mates, enemies-to-lovers tension, possessive anti-heroes, and slow-burn romance that turns obsession into power.

Jill lives in the south with her husband and two adult children. She loves iced coffee, boba teas, and reading and listening to audio books. She has ADHD, and audiobooks are one of the ways she makes reading more accessible for herself, so there is almost always an audio book playing somewhere in her day.

She is the author of the Riftborn Series, a four-book dragon rider fantasy romance beginning with Obsidian Sky. Her upcoming Fall 2026 releases include the Marrowbound trilogy, a dark gothic romance, and Bargains and Blood, a dark fae fantasy romance series.

Perfect for readers who love dragon rider academies, dark romantasy, enemies to lovers, fated mates, forbidden magic, and possessive heroes.
