Dr. Jeremy Hess is an author, entrepreneur, and leadership mentor passionate about helping people discover purpose, resilience, and growth in the moments that test and refine us. He is the creator of The Crucible Series, a collection of leadership fables that reveal how pressure and adversity don’t ruin us—they refine us. His stories are written for leaders and people of influence who want to rise stronger, lead with integrity, and leave a lasting legacy. Jeremy writes these fables because he believes every leader faces defining moments where the fire feels unbearable. His mission is to show that these moments are not obstacles but assignments—the very forge of character, calling, and impact. Blending timeless storytelling with values of honor, excellence, and servant leadership, his books inspire readers to embrace the fire that shapes them into their best selves. Jeremy and his wife, Dr. Amanda Hess, help lead Discover Chiropractic in Stockbridge, Georgia, a thriving family practice, and are Co-Founders of AMPED, a global mentorship movement equipping chiropractors and natural health providers to grow thriving, principled practices. They are also authors of the Designed by God series, beginning with Baby Designed by God (2013). Jeremy lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with Amanda and their children, Alyssa and Gabriel. When he’s not writing or leading, he can often be found wandering local farmers markets, sipping a double espresso as a self-proclaimed coffee aficionado, or striking up conversations that turn strangers into friends.
