Jenn Fast writes about what happens when the old rules stop working, and what people build next.

She spent thirty years in corporate, including years in Seattle tech and biotech, with the last ten as an executive assistant to C-suite leaders. Then, at 51, she walked away with no plan for what came next. A year later, an ADHD diagnosis at 52 reframed everything. What she had written off as losing her edge turned out to be a brain that needed different systems. That discovery is at the heart of her work as a reinvention coach and host of The Comeback Show podcast, where she talks with women about rebuilding careers, health, and identity in midlife.

Whether she is writing a practical playbook or a story about a world turned upside down, Jenn keeps coming back to the same questions: How do people adapt when everything shifts? And what do they find out they were capable of all along? Her writing blends research, psychology, and the honesty of someone who has lived through the messy middle herself.

She holds an MBA and lives in the Seattle area, where she sets most of her stories.
