JEFF SIEGEL is a wellness coach, Harvard teaching fellow, and speaker who empowers people to break free from destructive habits and thrive in today’s complex food environment. Drawing on parts work, developmental psychology, mindfulness, and nutrition science, his work helps adults reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their health. Jeff holds a master’s degree in Mind, Brain, and Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a master’s degree in Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong. When he’s not coaching or writing, you can find him biking around his home in Somerville, Massachusetts, or barefoot on beaches in New Jersey and Costa Rica, watching sunsets over the ocean with his wife and young son. His debut book, Eating 2.0, introduces a system for eating well in an era of superabundance.
